Workout debrief for Kai Workout 3.
3 things athlete thought they did well:
  1. Keeping elbow aligned
  2. Loaded Wrist
  3. Good release even with heavy body twisting (during drill)
3 things athlete could do better:
  1. One motion/Rhythm
  2. Generating power/jumping all the way through
  3. Fading out of the shot
3 things coach did well:
  1. Let the reps continue to breathe
  2. Kept explanations to the point and focused on work
  3. Layered in where we have been with things and where we are going
3 thing coach could do better
  1. Be more familiar with the exercise before presenting it to an athlete (I needed to either watch more or try out the punch turns myself to explain them better)
  2. Continue to guide the athlete using guided questioning rather than just open ended questions
  3. Know the angles of the camera better. I missed some of the shots because the camera set up wasn't great.
