Society has gotten weak.
But not us.
⚔️ We’re interested in the things that make us stronger and understand that pain and discomfort is the price we pay.
⚔️ We press on together, slaying the dragons that get in the way.
⚔️ And with each victory we level up for the next challenge, which we know is lurking around the corner.
⚔️ We’re Brazilian Jiu Jitsu players, runners, entrepreneurs, blue collars, white collars, artists, teachers, professionals, and all things in-between, but most of all we’re dads on a journey.

discipline and accountability.
⚔️ Discussing topics like health, fitness, mental strength, daily routines, work, parenting, and being better husbands (because a happy wife is a happy life).
