Hi - sold and acquired, looking to do more.
Hi everyone,
I currently run www.superiorsupplementmfg.com and www.mauibath.com, the first one is my startup from 8 years ago and the second I purchased last year. 200k net, 800k purchase, 300k cash, 300k seller note 5% 6 yrs, owner stayed in for 20%.
Sold my previous company www.superiorlabs.com to pe in 2017 that was doing a roll up and that's what introduced me to the world of M&A.
Currently looking for anything in the health space d2c or b2b manufacturing of dietary supplements doing $750k to $1m ebita.
