Caregivers cost and questions
Hi! I'm currently saving up for my licensing and future costs and I was wondering how much money did you set aside to pay your care givers? How many care givers did you have in the beginning? Also I was wondering what program you use with scheduling them, etc. Thank you so much!

Look closely
If you ask me why I had my biggest jump in revenue between May and June I can tell you exactly why: It’s because I hired my staff manager. She came to me recommended by one of my placement agents and had almost a decade of knowledge in home care. I was hesitant on hiring anyone because it had been just me. I bit the bullet, dug into even more of my personal savings and hired her. Best.Decision.Ever. We since tripled our hours and added 45 caregivers.

Getting Clients with Google Ads for Homecare Agencies
One of the most effective ways to attract new clients for homecare services is through Google Ads. Here’s a quick tip: Use location-based targeting to reach potential clients in your service area. This ensures your ads are seen by those who are most likely to need your services. Additionally, focus on keywords like "homecare services near me" or "senior care support." Attracting caregivers through Indeed Ads: When creating a caregiver job listing, PLEASE, use "clear and compelling language to highlight the benefits of working with your agency". Make sure the job title and descriptions match exactly what potential candidates are searching for, and keep the application process straightforward. If anyone wants a deeper dive into setting up successful campaigns or needs help optimizing their ads, feel free to reach out!
