The goal of this community is to build on one another's fitness knowledge, and hopefully bring about growth to new and existing members. Personally, the biggest pain point for me when I first started in the gym was an overwhelming amount of anxiety. One thing I wish I would have had when I started was a larger community to offer guidance and support.
I would like this community to ease anyone who feels or has felt as if "everyone is looking at them" or any other mental hurdles one can face when beginning a consistent routine. I hope that beginners and experts alike can all learn from each other and help each other grow (literally).
