10 minute EMOM…
In this 10-minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workout, your goal is to complete 10 push-ups at the start of each minute.
Once you’ve finished the 10 push-ups, rest for the remainder of the minute.
If you can’t complete all 10 in time, that’s your target to beat in future sessions.
Track your progress, and each time you try this challenge, aim to surpass your previous result, building strength and endurance along the way!
