Push-Up Challenge: How Many Sets Will It Take You?
Today’s goal is simple: complete 100 push-ups in as few sets as possible. Whether you’re aiming for 1,2 or 3 sets or it takes you more, it’s all about progress and form!
Here’s how it works:
• Try to finish 100 push-ups in five sets or less. If it takes you 6, 7, or even 8 sets, that’s completely fine!
• Your challenge for next time is to complete 100 push-ups in fewer sets than today.
Example: If you do five sets of 20 push-ups, that gets you to 100.
Feel free to do modified push-ups on your knees or regular push-ups—whatever works best for you.
The key is to keep using the perfect form we’ve explained before. Quality over quantity!
Once you finish, post your results in the comments. Share how many sets it took you to reach 100. Remember, we’re all improving together, one step (or push-up!) at a time.
Let’s see how you do!
