Struggling with Sleep? You’re Not Alone—Let’s Find What Really Works Together
Hey everyone,
If you’ve been struggling with sleep, you’re definitely not alone. So many of us with ADHD have been there—lying awake at night, unable to shut off our brains, and waking up feeling exhausted. I’ve tried all the generic tips, and I’m sure you have too. They just don’t seem to work for us, right?
Here’s something that has helped me and many others in this community: Brain dumps. Before bed, try writing down everything that’s on your mind. This simple technique helps to clear your head and reduce those racing thoughts that keep you awake.
Another tip that’s made a big difference for me is creating a sleep-friendly environment. Using a weighted blanket has been a game-changer in helping to calm my senses before sleep.
If you’re looking for more tips like these, you’re in the right place. Let’s share what works and support each other. We’re in this together!
