Welcome from a coach
I joined Mike's 30 day challenge 2 1/2 yrs ago. The thought of giving up my favorite treats scared me silly but I had made the decision and I was all in. My journey began because I understood the science. I plugged in to all of the support and discovered the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of sugar freedom. I lost 40 lbs and gained a community....a network of friends. On behalf of all the coaches I welcome you to the start of YOUR journey and look forward to supporting you as your story unfolds.
