In 2021, Alex and Jools Willis embarked on a mission to change the landscape of women’s football. Their daughter, Tate, and her friends faced rejection from their pathway team during the England Euros semi-final. Rather accepting disappointment, Alex and Jools decided to create their own destiny.

Undeterred by the odds, the Lionesses entered the Junior Premier League. Wins and losses were mere markers; the real victory lay in their spirit and development. The Lionesses roared louder with each match.
League officials noticed their progress. “We believe you can do something groundbreaking,” they said. And the first All Girls Regional Talent Centre in the country was born.
