My name is James Fortune. I'm 66 years of age. I ran cross country and wrestled in college. My current goal is within three years to finish a marathon. I kept running for most of my life except for the last 15 years. My PB in the mile is five minutes. I usually ran six minute miles for up to 10 miles. I've never ran for more than 10 miles. Right now I'm walking and riding a bike to build cardio in preparation for running again. I eat an anti-aging diet. I realize I can never abandon running ever again if I want the benefits of good health. I love Marlies' philosophy of running. I'm sure her knowledge can help me accomplish my goal and prepare me for a healthy lifestyle for the remainder of my life.
