Continuation of my journey
As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve been a member since March 2023. I have went over the entire program without doing a single thing three times. after going over the program three times I decided to go ahead and go forward. I tried getting my live birth record through the mail. Don’t try it, it doesn't work. I found out from Tay that you have to be there in person. By this time, I had mailed out my birth certificate to the vital statistics department of Puerto Rico and was waiting for it to come back. When I did receive it, I booked the flight back in November to go to Puerto Rico in person to the vital statistics office in the city that I was born in. I could not obtain my life birth record. If you like me and your born in Puerto Rico, your birth certificate will have your father’s and mother‘s last name on it. Not like here in the states. So I had to come back to the states so that I can change my name on every piece of identification. Drivers license, Social Security, auto registration, voter registration card, marriage license, and any credit cards as well. And then to book another flight back to Puerto Rico. In March having all my credentials with my name, matching my birth certificate. . Upon arriving the very next day, I went to Bayamón, Puerto Rico vital statistics department, and obtained my life birth record. The next day I walked from my cousins house to the secretary of state of Puerto Rico. One and a half hour walk one way , but I got my life birth record authenticated now. I’m on phase 2 sent out my UCC–11 form. Have an appointment on the 29th for processing of my wife and my passport. I’ve already obtain my 98 trust fund number, as well as all of my 45 numbers. Had to write a Notarize letter to the IRS for my name and address change. Once I receive my passport, and the UCC-11,… all is left is the UCC-1 form to be filled out. To start putting my first package together to the US treasury department and accompany to the vital statistics department of Puerto Rico. Hit me up if you have any questions regarding my journey up until now.
