The Drama Triangle vs. The Empowerment Triangle: A Simple but Essential Shift for Conscious Men

Today in the Dude Dojo, we dug deep into the Drama Triangle and the Empowerment Triangle—two concepts that are both simple to understand but often hard to practice. Yet, this shift is one of the most powerful tools we can use to become more mindful and conscious in our relationships and in the world.

This month, all the dudes and I are taking on the challenge of practicing this daily. It’s a small shift with massive impact on how we show up as men—inside our families, friendships, and workplaces.
