Hey everyone, looking forward to being apart of the group and learning from everyone. I met Dillon a little over 9 years ago on a basketball tour with Athletes in Action and was super excited for him to move out to AZ and be able to connect with him on a regular basis. I have been working for the same company for over 10 year (16 months on internships while in college and 9 years full time). Throughout my career I've bounced around in lots of roles either as a process engineer, operations leadership, and now currently in a group focused on operational excellence. This role is more like an internal consultant, so I just travel to our mine sites and help make business cases and facilitate different meetings. Outside of work I am a husband and father to 3 crazy boys (17, almost 6, and 4). They are all very active and keep me busy. When I'm not chasing them around to all of their activities, I am also an aspiring professional cornhole player. I started playing competitively about a year ago while I was on jury duty for a capital murder trial and needed a release. I realized as I get older this is a safe way to be competitive without the possibility of getting seriously hurt. The rest of my free time is consumed by any sports that I can find to watch, but specifically any Cincinnati sports teams.

Hi everyone! I’m Hannah 🦄✨ I met Dillon at an AZ Entrepreneurs event & am so grateful he created this community for us 🤙🏼 I have no idea how to use this app but I figured this was a good place to do an intro 😅 Raised on the east coast (NY & Maine), currently in Arizona. I’m a Registered Nurse by trade, and have grown to love wellness, business and marketing. Currently operating under an LLC, working as an independent contractor full time since January. It was kinda scary to step away from the comfort of W2 and I still have a lot to learn about business, but I prefer a lifestyle I have the liberty to create for myself without the restrictions of having a boss. I work as a concierge wellness nurse (IVs, lab testing, hormone replacement, weight loss, NAD+) and I also help scale businesses with a holistic approach to marketing, email + automations. I joined this community to step out of my comfort zone and be vulnerable with other humans who are also working to become better versions of themselves. I want to be held accountable to personal excellence and cheer each other on as we grow in life, business & connection to God 👆🏼 I’d love to learn more about what everyone is into these days - new passions, interests, hobbies, ventures… whatever!
