Anyone Refinancing?
Hi All,
For those who bought after the rate increases, have you looked at refinancing yet? I took out a 6.785% 30 year fixed in 2023 for an acquisition and am starting to research on this to see if/when it may make sense. Short answer so far seems to be to wait a bit more, but I am curious if anybody else is in the same boat and wanted to compare notes.
