STVR with H4-EAD
Hi everyone, I’m currently holding my H1-B(immigration work visa) and my wife with H4-EAD(dependent visa with work permit). I’m thinking about to STVR to get tax advantage, but I’m not completely sure how immigration law allows me/my wife to do it, is anyone with same situation or knowledge in it? Appreciate your inputs. Thanks
