Welcome to the Challenges Channel!
Each month inside of the community, there will be two challenges. One group challenge, and one personal challenge. Participation is optional however, it is encouraged. I mean if we aren't here to grow and evolve and improve, then what's the point, amiright? The Group Challenge: A challenge that all members take together. Before the 1st of each month we will vote on the challenge. Please share any challenge ideas you have in this channel moving forward. Challenges can be anything related to fun, personal development, or professional development. The Personal Challenge: Each member can choose their own personal challenge that they would like to challenge themselves to for the month. Again, this can be anything of interest to the individual.

Welcome to the Challenges Channel!
August Challenge
Hey Y'all! Because it is a bit short notice, I thought I would just choose the first group challenge. Mainly because it isn't too difficult and also I think it will be fun. However moving forward we will vote on the ideas, so please share your ideas in the Challenges Channel. Here is the August Group Challenge Info and I'll message each of you individually about your Personal Challenges 🔥 Welcome to the "Have To" to "Get To" Challenge 🔥 OBJECTIVE: The goal of this challenge is to shift your mindset from a sense of obligation to a sense of opportunity. Replace the phrase "have to" with "get to" in your conversations and thoughts as much as possible throughout the month of August. DURATION: The challenge will run from August 1st to August 31st. PARTICIPATION: Open to anyone interested in developing a more positive outlook. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the challenge and share their experiences. GUIDELINES: Awareness: Be mindful of when you use the phrase "have to" and consciously replace it with "get to." For example, instead of saying "I have to work," say "I get to work." Instead of saying "I have to go to the gym," say "I get to go to the gym." Application: This rule applies to all areas of life, including work, chores, obligations, and personal activities. Self-Reflection: Each time you are successful in this perspective shift, give yourself a point (honor system applies:). At the end of each day and week, tally up your points and take a moment to reflect on how this change in language affected your mindset and feelings. SHARING & COMMUNITY: Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insights, and challenges throughout the month in the Challenges Channel. Perhaps where you found the switch interesting, or powerful, or how it shifted your state, etc. COMPLETION: Whoever has the most points / highest tally at the end of the month wins. In terms of a prize, any ideas of something fun?? 🤔 BONUS POINTS: Anyone who posts on social media about their successful perspective shift and uses the hashtag #GetToChallenge will get an extra point. So two points total per perspective shift instead of one.
