This will include learning how to incorporate ritual and ceremony into your life, healing from trauma, regulating your nervous system, understanding the connection between the material world and spiritual world, how to integrate the subconscious with conscious awareness and so much more!
Even though we're connecting in digital real estate, this space is still considered Sacred and a safe container for respectful communication, which includes free thinking and creativity. Poetic and artistic expression is just as welcome as rational debate and discourse.
My heart is to empower people through connection, wisdom and expression. When we connect, we learn from each other and when we feel safe, we are free to tap into our potential through self-actualization. This makes strong people, which makes strong families, which then creates strong communities.
