Real estate has changed my life and I want to help change your life as well!
Why small? I have a hard time relating to investors with giant portfolios, it just seems so far away. Also, people have a habit of wanting more and more. The goal of this is to have a defined stopping point. My goal is to get to 7 rental properties fully paid off to replace my full time income. I am currently at 2 properties.
Once I am able to do this I will have the time to spend doing what fulfills me in life. I will continue to manage my small portfolio, be content with what I have, and enjoy life.
