No Matter How Hard You Try, Nothing Works
Around a year and a half ago, I'm in my music history class in college about to give a presentation As the order in which people have to go is already picked My name is 4th Now as I'm sitting watching all these people presenting I'm noticing a pattern I notice that the students are presenting on topics like how music affects athletes' performances affect driving etc.. My presentation was on people's negative perceptions on rap music And the thing was the people who had the most bias towards it were caucasian people Every single person in that class was caucasian while I was the only African American person So when it came to my turn I was panicking My hands couldn't stop shaking I wasn't breathing correctly I was a disaster Towards the end the whole entire class All I hear is SIGH- After that, I just turned into a multifunctional robot "ah ah ah, the the th th the place i is is called" Anyways skip past a year later And I was on the bootleg version of Shark Tank My team and I had to present to a packed class and 3 judges Now even with the stakes being raised higher Now with the practices and strategies that I developed over the years I was able to perform how I needed to and ended up getting a 120% on the presentation alone Mastering public speaking helps your confidence, and speaking skills, and reduces your baseline anxiety, etc... This skill transfers over to many skills So if you want advice from a person who has been embarrassed multiple times during public speeches in the past. To someone who can do them confidently and give you direct actions and mindsets to give you results. Actionable step: bring in 3 people to join this community and DM me with proof. I will give you the coaching package where I give direct actionable steps to any problem you're facing and I'll keep you accountable to your goals for THREE months 1-on-1 FOR FREE Share the community with this link: https://www.skool.com/the-crew-9372?invite=23d4dc5475a84907ac08584e7d8851f4
