The video courses are not bad but I've made a 46 page Google Document that covers everything the courses cover and A LOT more, In WAY more DETAIL. I HIGHLY recommend you read the documents instead of watching the courses.
The document has a diet/losing weight chapter but you also need the chapters before the dieting/losing weight chapter.
There is a building Muscle chapter and a LOT more.
