Preservation Over Perfection
Although restoring a car to perfection is the end goal of a detail, it is not always worth your time. Keep in mind some things will not always ‘get out’ or be up to your standard. It is better to communicate with your customer the expectations of the services being provided, and what the final product will look like. Being open and up front with your customer will build customer relations and keep trust within your company! How do you go about customer expectations?
