Hello, I'm Arnold Roman
I've been training for a year now a little bit of Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. I've had my kickboxing debut already which wasn't terrible but wasn't the best. I'm 20 years old and I look forward to trying to be more active in competition.

Hello I’m Luke
1. I’m Luke, been training for a year 2. I plan to compete in amateur in 2 years 3. Muay thai has been integral in my overall fitness. It has upped my strength and cardio, plus the inevitable benefit of mobility and stretching has healed all the “body pains” that age and bad habits bring. Cross-training with grappling arts and FMA has also led me to be more confident about my self-defense skills. 4. I want to train in Thailand next year.

Introductions
Hello My name is Nathaniel. I’m 31 and I’ve been training for 6 years now but the last few have been relatively unorganized since I moved away from my original gym. I have never fought but I am interested in getting my first fight sometime in 2025. I am still training Muay Thai simply because I love it but it has also helped me with confidence, conditioning, and self defense. I have never trained in Thailand but it is definitely something that I will do one day, I have a close friend and training partner who frequents there for training a couple times a year.
