let's say you're at your extended family's house, and they find out you do tree stuff. They have a concern, and they are determined to get your opinion. Because you are a tree nerd, you want to see what's going on. They take you to the tree and this is what pops out first. what are your first thoughts, and how do you find out what it is if you don't know?
