It was a pleasure joining into Joel's Technique Tuesday videos, where we look closely at specific muscle groups and how they are engaged in a workout. As a keen gym-goer myself, it particularly interests me to ensure I'm doing the right things and progressing healthily without hurting myself!
We looked at pronated grip pull-ups this week (video shortly to come!), which was insightful regarding the quick progress one can make from starting with assisted (resistance band) to lifting bodyweight and beyond to lifting heavy circles!
