Good morning y’all. I am having trouble sending emails to agents as they seem to not get them even though the email is confirmed to be sent on my side. What should I do about this?

Good morning guys! So, right now I’m talking to about six agents right now all with the intent of wanting an LOI and some cash or creative offer behind it. My question is what do I mean to say in order to get the offer down and to go through?
