Has anyone made a successful switch From Pr to Davinci?

Was it easy to make the switch, if so, any suggestions?

Now I don’t plan on doing the full switch but I would like to learn Davinci for a few reasons. One is to help teach a friend how to edit since he just started with Davinci because it’s free. Also I would like the flexibility in case a particular client prefers it. Any input or helped is appreciated.
