Ok let me be more specific, excluding cardio, does like strength training affect dancing? Like heavy arm strengthening, heavy leg strengthening as well? I rarely see extremely ripped dancers if that Makes sense lol π like body builders. Iβm only asking because in the future I will be doing this kind of training for wrestling (because thatβs something Iβve always wanted to do lol) but not sure If this affects dancing if at all π€ any body builder dancers here?
