You can't just handle an objection and think that seller's gonna jump into your arms and beg you to take their house? ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ’ก Wake up. ๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ Big decisions paralyze people. They freeze. ๐ŸงŠ They need YOU to guide them, to push them, to show them the way. Every. Single. Time. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿค
HOCA isn't a technique. It's a mindset. ๐Ÿง  Itโ€™s what separates the elite from the rest. ๐Ÿ† When they say your offer's too low, you donโ€™t just handle it with, โ€œI wish I could get you more, and at my offer price, I 100% guarantee weโ€™ll close with no haggling or renegotiating.โ€ You handle their concern and then you CLOSE: โ€œLetโ€™s get the paperwork out of the way and start the process.โ€ โœ… Boom. They need more time to move? Handle it: โ€œIf I can get you a longer escrow periodโ€ฆโ€ Then CLOSE: โ€œAre you ready to sign tonight?โ€ ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’ฅ Thatโ€™s HOCA. Thatโ€™s how winners operate. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ”ฅ
