What's your intro to a cold call? I feel like the "I'm reaching out to people in your area to see if they've ever considered selling their home" scares people away.
I was watching some videos on Brandon Mulrenin on youtube and he said its all wrong but how else do you go about asking someone if they want to sell their home???
