š I'm Kerry -- I'm an author + coach w/ multiple certifications in positive psychology + energetics work (Level II Usui Reiki Master + an Angel Reiki Master Teacher). I'm fascinated by the ways social conditioning works to keep people feeling small + powerless in their own lives.
Together in this community, we'll do deep healing work so we can stop reacting from trauma responses + social conditioning that leave us frustrated, exhausted, and lonely, and start showing up as an authority in our own lives. We'll learn how to tap into the energy of our highest Self -- with guidance from our Spirit Teams -- and we'll begin to manifest the life that wants us most. šš»āāļøš»
