I know 40 is a lot
For me sometimes
Every minute
Every hour
Even sometimes every day
Finding a different way to feel something
Or reading one that takes me to a place that makes me smile
The distraction
Bringing myself back to the here and now
Helps make that minute
That hour
That day
OK
And know that the fact I'm reading these reminds me how important self care is
Also sometimes I forget at the end of each day I do matter
