Post-Holiday Hormone Detox
Oh the holidays!
Idk about you but I sure let myself go a little over the holidays. Getting caught up in the fun activities and eating sugar and drinking alcohol a little more than usual!
It happens, we're human!
But what can we do about all the side effects?
If you find your hormones out of balance and showing up as unwanted symptoms from indulging over the holidays. I highly encourage a little holiday detox to get your body back into balance.
You'll want to focus on 3 main areas:
  1. Increase liver support (to detox all the alcohol & sugar)
  2. Decrease hormone disruptors (eliminate the source)
  3. Improve adrenal function (to help your body recover)
