Automate your email follow-ups, customer service, and even social media posting. 3. Outsource Your Weaknesses You don’t need to be good at everything. If you’re bad at something, outsource it. Focus only on your strengths. 4. Raise Your Prices This sounds simple, but it’s often the hardest to execute.
