WELCOME TO DECEMBER FIT FAM!!! THIS WEEK 12/2-12/8) : We’re finishing up our November challenge on the 4th! To celebrate, we’ll be doing a CO-ED full body workout this SATURDAY DEC. 7th from 10-11:30am. 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‼️‼️ Please bring your favorite protein dish or side to enjoy after! We’ll have a sign up sheet up front, so we don’t have doubles.🍴We want to try your creations! 😋 WEEK OF 12/9-12/15 : Starting the 13th we’ll be starting 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS!!!!!! From the 13th to the 24th, we’ll be giving away a gift everyday for those rocking their GREEN 💚and/or RED❤️ Christmas attire! Show up and SHOW OUT Troy City!!!!! WEEK OF 12/16-12/21 : Continuing our 12 days of Christmas !!🎄 SATURDAY DEC. 21st is our CHAOS CLASS !!!! We’ll be outdoor fighting the cold 🥶 You should be used to it with your cold showers! TIME : 2PM ⏰ We’ll have a sign up sheet at the front desk, we only have 30 spots, so get your name on there!!!!! WEEK OF 12/22-12/28 : Last day of 12 days of Christmas is the 24th ❤️💚and we are CLOSED the 25th🎄! Enjoy time off with family and friends! Happy Holidays Fam!
