🐝 Let it Bee: A Monday Mantra for Overwhelm, Deadlines, and Kicking Off the Week Strong 🐝
Alright, it’s Monday, and the week ahead might look a bit chaotic. But here’s the secret sauce: Messy is sexy. Yep, I said it. Your path to success doesn’t have to be picture-perfect. In fact, the beauty is in the buzz, in the grit, in the messy steps you take to get there. The bee in the picture isn’t sweating the small stuff. It’s focusing on one task at a time, building its hive step by step, with a little pollen on its wings. 🐝 The same goes for you. You don’t have to tackle everything at once. Just start with one thing, keep moving forward, and watch how the magic unfolds. Even in the chaos, you’re making progress. Here’s how we’re going to crush this week, messy style: 1. Focus on One Hexagon at a Time 📝: You don’t have to build the entire hive in a day. Break down your tasks and focus on just one thing at a time. The overwhelm fades when you zoom in. 2. Embrace the Mess 💥: Who said things have to be perfectly aligned to be successful? Messy is sexy, and in the chaos of your week, you’re building something amazing. 3. Breathe as if you are the King or Queen 👑: Just like the bee rests between the flowers, take a moment to pause. When things feel too heavy, breathe. You don’t need to rush—you just need to keep buzzing along. 4. Celebrate Your Progress 🎉: Don’t wait until the end of the week to celebrate. Every little thing you accomplish is a victory. Messy victories count too! 5. Keep Buzzing 🐝: Even when the hive isn’t perfect, the bee doesn’t stop. It keeps moving, keeps building. You’ve got the power to do the same. It’s Monday, and it’s time to own it—mess and all. Remember, you don’t have to be perfect. Just take the next step. Let the chaos fuel you, let the mess inspire you, and keep building that dream, one step at a time. Let it bee, and let the week unfold in all its messy, beautiful glory. 🐝✨ #MondayMotivation #MessyIsSexy #LetItBee #OwnYourWeek #OneStepAtATime

@Fiona Coulston seriously, it's different from most other groups I'm a part of!
Introduction

@Leasha Ebmeier welcome, glad you're hear 😁
Where is This Russell Story?
I've heard Russell mention a couple times how in speaking with Marcus Lemonis, host of the Profit, Lemonis said he got it backwards and if doing over again would have used the show to help people heal their homes first. I want to use/reference it but don't want to get it wrong. Can anyone tell me where I might find RB telling that story?

@Kim B thank you!!
UPDATE: 1st webinar was a flop, revised is closing over 25%!
Update: I revised my webinar thanks to all of the suggestions here and closed 2 out of 7 people who stayed past the 1 hour mark! Now, these were leads from my own list so we'll see if we can get a ~10% conversion on colder traffic. The updated presentation (V2) is attached below. Here is the original webinar that did not convert. Original: I followed Russell's Funnel Hacks presentation as a template and created what I thought was perfect. Told the story of how I earned & learned. Used trial closes throughout. Had testimonials hitting all the angles, transitioned to the stack almost flawlessly. I even included the 30 minute timer and Q&A at the end - everything went great... but nobody closed ($2,997 product). I had 10 people on the call almost the whole time - I was really hoping for a ~10% conversion. Pretty bummed at the moment, back to the drawing board I guess. I've been trying to sell this program for months and although I have closed it 5 times at full price with one-on-one sales (so I know there's a product-market fit), I haven't had any consistent process to keep the sales coming in, I really thought this webinar would be the answer! I recorded & uploaded as an unlisted video on YouTube, see below if you're keen to give me any advice. For you guys, it will be SO obvious that I'm copying the Funnel Hacks presentation but for my audience, they had no clue. What am I doing wrong? How can I get to 10-15% close rate?

Sharing with intent to help/support. If seems short in tone, sorry. On phone, pain to text 😄 SUPER high level feedback, only scanned didn't watch full through: 1. 10 people isn't enough data 2. 3k seems high for a 90 min webinar (?) Pretty sure RB speaks to what price points match touch levels 3. I saw "Secret #4" - no context so I may be off but... RB does 3 secrets specific to vehicle, false internal, false external. More than that is not following his formula. Also may mean too much teaching. Again, high level but those are initial thoughts. Hope that helps. KEEP AT IT!!! 💪

“One Too Many: The Power of Focus Over Frenzy”
You know the feeling. You’re excited, motivated, ready to level up. ⬆️ You start diving into advice from one expert, then another, then another. 👨‍💻👨‍🔬👩‍💻👨‍🚀🦸‍♂️🧙‍♂️🦸‍♀️👩‍🎨👩‍🏫 Podcast after podcast. 🎙️ Book after book. 📚 Everyone has a great take, a new technique, or an insight that feels essential. One minute you’re learning about marketing funnels, the next about community building, and by the end of the week, you’re signed up for a course on writing…just to keep up. It’s exhilarating — until it’s exhausting. 😮‍💨 It’s like trying to learn how to wrestle 🤼‍♂️, ski ⛷️, rock climb 🧗 and dance 💃, all at the same time. This is “One Too Many” syndrome. When we’re inspired, we want to take it all in, stack up every skill at once. But here’s the catch. Too many voices lead to noise. 🔊 Too many ideas lead to overload. 🧠🤕 While learning “one to many” can be powerful, “one too many” often leaves us feeling lost in the flood of fragmented advice, unsure which direction to go. The antidote? The power of one. 🎯 Focus on one teacher, one technique, one target at a time. 1️⃣ Master it. Let it settle. And only then, add the next layer. When we aim for mastery instead of mere familiarity, we don’t just learn — we transform. So, instead of feeling overwhelmed by a swirl of suggestions, let’s simplify. Pick one. Go deep. Make it yours. Then, with a clear mind and a solid skill, move on. Because true mastery happens in the steady, single-minded focus of one step at a time. 1️⃣🌟
