I will change it up to leg lifts in the chin up position. Basically, hold a chin up position in mid position, then raise your legs in a tuck position and touch your knees to your elbows. Start with 5 reps. learn the motion. then eventually you want to straiten your legs to full extension and try to touch the ceiling with your toes.
