I am running search campaigns for a dental clinics. In my country there is no call tracking available due to restrictions. The clinic management wants to use the WhatsApp clicks as a primary conversion action on landing pages where I prefer to have form submissions and live chats (I can configure it to send conversion data back to google). so both call clicks and WhatsApp clicks are very low intent and potentially misleading conversion actions in my case. So I always use Live chat and form submissions as primary conversion actions. Now what happening is algorithms are more optimizing towards people who are just clicking on the buttons but not sending the actual message on WhatsApp. They are optimizing towards people who make accidental clicks of that button. This is even very bad with Meta ads algorithm. Any suggestions to increase the lead quality and drive algorithms in right way. Thanks in advance

@Bilal Ayub Thank you for suggestion. I thought of similar way. To add a popup whenever someone clicks on any call or whatsapp that popup will ask to proceed to call or whatsapp something like that...

@Austin LeClear Also can you make one video on Enhanced conversions in Google ads. It is keep asking to do some Enhanced conversions setup. Also please include about offline conversions in Google Ads. Thank you

"Lost due to rank" This mean you have a good room left to improve the existing ads even further before increasing the budget which then helps with IS lost due to budget thing. Hope it clears. thanks
