How can I get to 500 subs in 3 months? I did post 300+ videos and I gave away value with other videos. Where can I go from here?

@Alexi Drouin Thanks for this opportunity. I think that even by taking a quick look at your channel I can see it. I'm going to warn you, I am rough at times. But if you take the feedback & improve it's worth listening. Now, the first line of your channel description says: I am my own niche, enjoy all the random videos I post with no context. It's like you're asking the universe for a kick in the but. How do you expect to grow to 500 subs if you're posting random videos? Most of the time people subscribe because of the value of the channel and videos. Now if you inspire people I'd suggest you find an actual niche like motivation or something that'll help you inspire others. The problem isn't in the thumbnails and titles, they are good. The problem is that you don't have a niche. Now of course I'll need more data like why do you want to inspire people, and what's your goal on YouTube. So, I might be wrong about this, but people will reply to this comment & give you even more feedback.

What Studying 350+ Alex Hormozi's Titles Taught Me
I spent my past week studying 357 Alex Hormozi's titles and binging lots of YouTube title experts' advices. I condensed all of my findings and lessons into this easily digestable piece of content. So, if you want to boost your views, watch this. (I'd also appreciate feedback)

@Alexi Drouin Thanks. The concept of the Miro board came up when I was listening to Alex Hormozi. For every ounce of preparation, you save one pound of editing or something like that. I'm also looking forward to the next video, it'll be even better!

Hey Alexi, I made a second video with a new format. What do you think, is the new format better than just talking head with edits? Thanks again for your response. https://youtu.be/2H-zVWF3H0I?si=tTS8-YOSqi40IZGl Thanks for your response.
