Since my first animal, I attended two more Witality sessions (one online and another live in Philly) and this is my 2nd live session animal (unsure why I did not feel compelled to color one after the online session). I chose a different animal this time because of the release I felt from session 3 was different from both previous sessions.

@Crescent Terry thank you for asking! Very kind of you 😘 Taking it day by day... doing hot yoga daily, meditating, journaling, looking forward to Thursday's Witality follow up call and then the online event on the 25th. It is coming up to close to a year of trying to get back to "normal" or at least some resemblance thereof and I am out of patience with myself and the "process" if there is one. I have had a few dark nights of the soul in my life but this one knocked me 3 ways to Tuesday as it came from the one place I could have sworn I am safe.... So I am going next month to Utah to sit with nana Aya for the first time and see how I can heal properly.

@Sammie Trinity It is a slow process but there's no other way. Witalij is definitely an integral part of my healing process and each session is completely different. I did the in person, then the online event and can't wait until next month's in person - am sure that will address other underlying issues.
Emotional onion
Hi, I am feeling quite emotional and vulnerable after starting breath work. I see where I am BSing myself and even all is good, I feel like I can't continue living like that. I am becoming more true to myself and true to what I am supposed to do in life. I feel exposed. Vulnerable and somehow full of shit too lol 😆 😂 😅 Wondering if anyone else is feeling that way.

Sometimes the only way is through.... Through the fire, through the pain, through the bullshit. For good or bad once you see it you cant pretend it didnt happen and go back to sleep. I personally cant stop anymore. I will peel layer after layer until only what is supposed to be there remains or nothing. Painful as it may be to continue it is more painful to stay the same. You're not alone <3

@Anna Karpacheva I feel like the universe talks to me :) Whenever I am confused about something, or conflicted or interested, I end up seeing things that are related or answer my queries. This is what I saw in my feed after I commented earlier and immediately thought of you (and myself). Also, reparenting is something that is recommended for healing trauma - reacquainting yourself and comforting your inner child, thus integrating and validating it, so it sounds like you're on the right track!

Hello everyone! This was my first time participating and it was online on 7/25. As I was breathing, I felt weak and sleepy, and I really wanted to sleep. Why? Has anyone else felt this way? The session brought a feeling of joy and I laughed out loud. The first animal that came to color was the eagle and soon after the wolf and I quickly painted them. I share them with you, the painting seems to want to communicate. Thank you so much Gratitude 🙏⭐️

I've done one in person and 2 weeks later I was on the online one and each session was completely different for me (other than the damn lobster claws - they were there both times :D). I am not sure why you wanted to sleep - maybe your mind was bored or wanted to stop doing what it found was uncomfortable for you to be doing to it i.e. breathe in a way you normally do not. That was what my meditation teacher suggested was my issue back in the day. I absolutely LOVE your animals - especially the wolf!!! Thank you for sharing <3

Carlos here; attended last Thursday at the Marriott (Philadelphia Airport). Fascinating, intense, beautiful session… I feel so much lighter now! I’m TOTALLY surprised with the breathing exercises. I’ve had panic attacks for almost 10 years that have caused breathing issues. I have not being able to breath normally for approx 10 years, and have to catch my breath frequently. I have even left the office in the middle of meetings. Almost lost my job. Went to many doctors… all test results were ok. I’m writing too much - maybe - but I want to say how thankful I am cause since Thursday night I have been breathing normally, as I used to a long time ago… I don’t have to sleep w three pillows anymore!!! MY BREATHING IS BACK TO NORMAL!!! I can’t believe it. I HAVENT TAKEN ANY PILLS SINCE THURSDAY NIGHT. Thank you Witality!!! I need to continue doing this… where can I find the breathing exercises ? I feel liberated!!! 👏👏😢💙💙💙!!!!!
