Happy Sunday! As I look into going into November, I’m wondering how many of you are using Skool operators? And if you already have an operator, would you mind sharing with me what is the best use to maximize hiring one, meaning what do they do daily to help you grow your Skool?? Being at the SKOOL GAMES Mastermind, I noticed that most of the Winners had a team of people and most of them had operators. Thank you so much!

Originally, I had all these incredible ideas for building all the different communities like Skool Job boards and so many different Skools. . But I realized that if I wanna be the best at what I do, I have to focus and stay in MY ONE LINE! . It would be SO AWESOME if Skool Games and Skool community had a job board since many of us are looking to hire and many are looking for long term jobs! It would be like Match Making but for skool! ... With that being said, I hope this does not get deleted as I have heard over and over in the ONe day recordings that the best place to find great team members is in Skool... I am actively looking for experienced Social Media VA's from South America. What I learned from @Max Perzon , @Dylan and their team was that their whole team was ALL IN and passionate about Max Mission! . When I spoke with @Evelyn Weiss at the Mastermind Skool Games she also had a all in team! . I've started already with now a small team but would love to build something with people who love social media and they know how to use it and can take ownership of it! . So, if you know anyone who might be a potential fit, I would love on introduction.
