Haven’t tried them yet. Found a pancake recipe… for carnivores/ low carb Need to go get 1 ingredient INGREDIENTS: - 5 eggs - 2 tbsp gelatin powder DIRECTIONS: 1. Separate egg whites and yolks. 2. Beat the egg whites until frothy with an electric mixer. 3. Add the gelatin powder,, gradually while mixing until stiff peaks. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk your egg yolks 5. Heat a 4-inch (10 cm) skillet over medium-low heat. 6. Add 1 tablespoon butter and pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet and shake the skillet gently until the surface of the skillet is covered with batter. 7. Cover with a lid and cook until the top of the pancake is set (about 2 mins). 8. Flip over, and cook for a few minutes, covered, until completely done. 9. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
