Can someone please tell me what kind Yogurt and Kefir you can have on Phase One.

Less additives if possible. And watch out for the carb intake in the yogurt. Remember to try and stay under 15-20 grams of carbs a day. I know ppl who do plain greek yogurt in small amounts. Also they do Kefir or even make their own. ME personally I feel better and got in better shape when I ditched the dairy

Rashaad has lost 30 pounds in just a few months while balancing family, school, and work—absolutely incredible progress! Katherine is also crushing it, down 20 pounds so far, and her commitment is shining through.

You have to actually train hard
After a year in the gym of gaining progress consistently I hit a plateau. No matter the supplements I took the protein I ate and the program I followed little to no progress was made. That continued for months until I took the free actionable step of upping my training intensity. Within 2 months of doing drop sets and taking sets to failure I have gained 2lb of muscle mass and 20 pounds up on my bench 1RM. So if you're an intermediate lifer >1 year of lifting. The saying no pain no gain is what is gonna give you results, every set must hurt.

Love this man. People always forgot intensity. Its mandatory to have if you want to build muscle. Great post!
