Haven’t tried them yet. Found a pancake recipe… for carnivores/ low carb

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until frothy with an electric mixer.
- Add the gelatin powder,, gradually while mixing until stiff peaks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk your egg yolks
- Heat a 4-inch (10 cm) skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet and shake the skillet gently until the surface of the skillet is covered with batter.
- Cover with a lid and cook until the top of the pancake is set (about 2 mins).
- Flip over, and cook for a few minutes, covered, until completely done.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
