What is your favorite frequency on the home page of high frequency highway?
My personal favorite would have to be son sonification. The reason why is I believe solar radiation is the closest to cosmic radiation and one of my goals is to achieve an upgraded version of cosmic awareness. I have a name and description for it if you'd like to hear more about it let me know.

I was born into a low vibrational environment leading to childhood trauma and suffering. I've had to endure a lot of trials to get to where I am now. I've been in the system since September 30 2019 and I'd say that was my first taste of the real world and what led me down the path of self discovery. In essence what lead my self awareness to evolve was the trials that my God put me through to grow and awaken my spiritual awareness.

Writing Project
So, I began an interesting writing project yesterday where I am trying to incorporate the most powerful ideas I know about manifestation and energy manipulation. It is fiction, and the language itself is central in the experience of the text. I am curious to see what y'all believe are the most powerful phrases that convey these kinds of ideas-- aphorisms, lurching us into actionable processes. I am seeking tempestuous, explosive ideas that launch the creative mind into the pursuit of an ultimate dream. Something poetic like: "pursuit kills volition," or something more mantra-ish, like "I am the pinnacle," or "I heal souls."

Is it by your wisdom that the hawk soars, and spreads his wings toward the south? (RSV, Job 39:26)
"BREATHING SPACE"
Objective: Mindful breathing practice • Get comfortable and close your eyes. Set aside at least 1 or 2 minutes for this exercise. • Set your timer and focus solely on your breathing. Notice how the air feels as it enters your nose and how your chest feels as it slowly expands. • Hold the breath for a moment and then slowly release it through pursed lips. • Count to 1 every time you inhale and 2 every time you exhale and keep repeating. Counting helps focus the mind. Notice how much calmer you feel after only a short mindful breathing practice.

Paprika (A Sonnet)
I know gemstones, I know jubilant stars Shining in safety, shining brilliantly And simmering– happy rarities lost, Drowning in their mirrors. My present home Is comforting and pure, yet I grieve– why? Did my dreams die? Am I still precious? The one solace I have breaks me gently. I live in war I wasn’t born for– war That hurts my spirit. I face senseless greed– Desperate, vicious monsters who make me ache. I am too tired for passion. Lie me down, Forget who I am, and fall into skin– Remember me forever like this, sweetness Stolen from true love: perfect paprika.

"Paprika" is a poignant and beautifully crafted sonnet. It captures a sense of longing, grief, and a yearning for solace amidst turmoil. The imagery of gemstones and stars juxtaposed with feelings of loss and war creates a powerful emotional contrast. The closing lines, evoking the essence of paprika, tie the poem together with a bittersweet sense of stolen sweetness and love. But might I ask why Paprika is there a personal connection attached to the sonnet or are you just taking inspiration from its specific tastes?

I want to go to the wudang mountains to learn Tai chi after that I'll train every part of my body to be hard as steel, and I'm also a pacifist.
