I've been trying since last week to get GHL and Assistable working and still havn't.got it working. I had the GHL $97 Plan and got the $97 assistable plan. I followed the instructions and couldn't load Assistable on the Agency account as recommeded as it kept throwing an error (so i had no option other than to install it on the sub account) it was the only way i could get it to download. But it wouldnt connect with GHL TODAY i found out that you Have to have the $297 GHL plan for assistable to work :) [so i just upgraded GHL to $297 Plan] . Now, i have no idea how to un-install the Assistable from the sub account and install it at the agency level and get it working or if there is an easier way to get it working, i am stuck..and I can't see any doco on how i can get it working, does anyone have any ideas? When i click on Assistable extension from the Agency level, nothing happens. I just want to get this Software connected to GHL and working so i can actually use it.

@Jorden Williams I followed the steps above and I am still getting a "Connection failed - inform admin" error on my sub account SingleSourceHUB. Attached is a video of me completing the process above along with the error I am still getting. Could you take a look and let me know what i am doing wrong and/or how to get assistable workimg on this Subaccount please. Thanks Mate @Dylan Nihte any thoughts would be appreciated too. Thanks

@Dylan Nihte Hi mate, i managed to get two sub accounts working but the third one despite following the steps above, is still coming up with the error: connection failed, Inform admin I'm pulling my hair out with frustration as to why i cant get this Sub account to work. Any suggestions appreciated. Video of steps i dod is above.
Do ALL Assistable features work at Sub-Account Level?
@Jorden Williams, Hi, I have the GHL $97 plan and i also have the Assistble $97 plan as i want to test out the Assisable product first on one sub account. I know it says to install Assistable at the Agency level if i want to use it across multiple sub accounts, but for now i just want to try it on one sub account. My question is, assuming i install on the one Sub account, will all the features in assistable work?? The reason i ask is i installed it to a single sub account and tried creating a Simple Live bot as per your instructions and synch the calendar and it came up with an error below: "We couldn't find any calendars. Check your CRM calendars to ensure they are not drafted" and there is also an error saying: "The request to connect to the CRM failed. No worries, you can still create things - they will not be able to communicate in the CRM yet. Reach out to your agency admin. Is this an error that can be fixed, or will it not work properly on a GHL & Assistabel $97 plan installed on a sub account?. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thaks in advance for your help

@Blake Looi Thanks for this, are u talking about the $297 plan needed for Assistable? or the $297 plan for GHL? for it to work, or does it have to be the $297 plan for both? Thanks

@Blake Looi Thanks Blake, I upgraded my GHL to $297 Plan. I clicked on the Assistable extension from The agency level and nothing happens. I assume because i initially installed it on the Sub account. DO you know how i can un-install it on the Subaccount and re install it at the agency level to get it working? I can't see any way to do it..Thanks
new assistant 3 options
In the demo videos when they click "new assistant" they have 3 new assistant options, with one being Outbound + inbound calls but when i click new assistant i get just one option and a completely different screen and the bot has no preconfigured stuff in it, ie its empty, does anyone know how do i get the 3 options ?

How to use the snapshot?
1. Fill of the following custom value: Assistable.ai API Key (No Bearer): Fill this out with the API key you get from your admin dashboard under integrations → Agencentric API Keys I generated a Assistants REST API key from my dashboard under integrations OK, BUT i dont understand WHERE? I am supposed to "FILL THIS OUT" ? Am i supposed to post it somewhere?? it says, Assistable.ai API Key (No Bearer): Fill this out with the API key. where in the sytem do i do this? Any help would be appreciated :0

Assistant Raw Phone Number to use the Snapshot
I have an existing Australian number i want to use on the Snapshot and i can add it fine with the country code prefix, but i can't add the number in raw format, it comes up with an error, only accepts the number with country prefix etc. The instructions below say it has to be raw format, so how do i get the number i have added in raw format? Any ideas would be great The assistant’s connected phone number in raw format. Example: BAD +1 (770) 998-2837 → GOOD 7709982837. Why raw? Bc we inject this into HTML code for leads to one-click call you - so raw format.
