Day 14. It’s definitely easier for me when I start early in the morning. I still rearranging my weekly schedule to make sure if it everything in. I’d like to come up with a solid morning routine. I think that will help overall.
Group tactical fitness session
Hi all, been a silent participant up till now and have been out of town working so couldn’t make this last meetup. I wanted to gauge everyone’s interest in doing an intro session with Tactical Fitness Austin, they are a firearm and fitness instruction company who’s goal is to get peoples training up to par with their gear and rifle skills. Along with hand to hand combat and self defense skills. Working together as a group to become stronger versions of ourselves drives me, let me know if anyone would be interested in getting more info about this!

1st meet up in the books!
Can’t wait to watch this community grow! Next meet up will be a bow shoot/workout. We will have some bows to shoot for those of you that want to learn as well.

Meal prep done
got my lunch and dinner squared away. Turkey, green beans, brown rice. And power green salad that I’ll add my choice of protein to. Typically I’ll do a can of tuna.
