How many of yall are still doing 75?
How many of yall are still in the program and what day are you on? Or what day did you fail on and what was it that you failed on? Don’t feel bad if you failed. I’d say the majority of the guys that started have. It’s not called 75 Hard for no reason haha Is there anyone that could use help with anything diet or exercise related? In here to help. Even if you just need someone to talk to. Feel free to dm me here or leave a comment!

Day 41 off to a rocky start waking up a little late, but I’ll make the workouts up. Feeling good minus an ankle injury keeping me from getting the cardio I would like to, but hopefully I can get over it soon.
What's your morning routine?
Drop your morning routine below. Mine is as follows... Wake up drink a glass of water to hydrate Make a cup of coffee or mud water, Go out on my back porch and read a page of my daily devotional put my bare feet on the ground "get grounded" pray/manifest/give gratitude for 15 ish minutes journal "not every day but as needed" make breakfast and then head to the gym. Does it always go exactly like this? No but the days that I do seem to go much better than the days that I don't. Make it your own, find what works best for you. Out of everything I would say the 15 minutes of Prayer/gratitude/manifestation, and moving your body is the most important of them all. Even if it is just a few push ups or squats DO SOMETHING. A great book on this you can read is called The Morning Miracle.

5:00 - Alarm goes off, get up, piss excellence. 5:15 - Begin my workout in the garage after some water and a protein shake. 6:00 - First 45 minute workout is complete. Usually sit in silence/cool down for a few minutes after. 6:20 - Quick cold shower, get dressed for success and head to work.
It’s mighty quiet in here. Where Y’all at?
How many do we still have chilling away at 75 Hard? What day are you on? How many times have you restarted? How’s everyone else in the group? Any wins any losses? Let’s hear it!

Running on day 14. Workouts have gotten easier and harder at the same time, but once I get into it and warmed up they’re much more enjoyable. Hardest part is utilizing my time after work to fit in any extra things I want to get done around the house.

@Drew Haas they’re kickin ass and takin names! Helps having them on board to keep each other honest and accountable for what we have for lunches/snacks and even our fitness goals.
Almost just shit my pants.

Time management on the weekend is definitely proving to be the weak link for me. Especially when visiting family.

@Drew Haas about to finish my last workout for the day in the garage, so I’ll be pulling through on this weekend!
Where yall at?
We’ve got almost 80 men in the group and only about 10-15 interacting. I believe every person can learn something from the next. If all you have to offer is positivity that’s more than enough. It’s hard to build a tribe if you’re not speaking to one another. Share your wins and losses on the thread, introduce yourself, post your before and after pictures, your workouts, things that have helped you overcome something. Why are you here? What is it that you want to work on about yourself. The group is here to help.
