So...I got a REAL AWAKENING this morning....

Wow... LeAngela... what a great Intro... and even more details than when we first spoke in person. Very happy and HONORED to have you here. I can certainly see how you bring a High Caliber "type of knowledge" to this group... fantastic. Looking very much forward to getting to know you even better. Speaking of loving to read books and learn.. I am very much on the same path as well and since you mentioned learning about Interpersonal Dynamics... I read a GREAT book by Shawn Achor (I think you spell it that way)... and the title is: Before Happniess...yes, weird title, but a GREAT book and it is about how people interact with each other, and also a lot about what happens in group settings... I LOVE that book and often refer to it. ...You can find him on TED talks as well...and also on Oprah. I bought it on Amazon / Kindle. Anyway... REALLY great to have you here and let me know if I can be of any assistance with regards to MasterMinds etc. etc. Stay in touch and don't be shy about asking any questions here in this new forum. How much does size matter?
When it comes to mastermind groups, the number of members can make a big difference. Too many, and some voices might not get heard; too few, and you might miss out on fresh ideas. Iām curiousāwhat do you think is the best size for a mastermind group? How has group size affected your experience?

4 to 6 people is my group size and I never have gone over that after I found out what worked the best.

@Matthew Sloan Great suggestions Matthew. The way I "work" the MM's I am in, I let it free flow as every one get's their dedicated time to speak and contribute. Yes, they get to contribute or interact when the others are speaking too, but then only focused on the question / comment at hand. I think it will make more sense to you once you take part of such a setting. ...and it will make more sense there.

I can chime in here as well. I honestly, honestly... no.... REALLY HONESTLY feel it is my calling to help people get their own MasterMind Group(s). They have been SO INCREDIBLY helpful to me and my different businesses that I cannot speak highly enough about them. ... you see, everytime I get really excited about a Business Idea, OR even something I am just very, very passionate about, ....it could very well even be just a hobby.... AND it is something that is Very, Very important to me, I Build a MasterMind around it... as I want to gather other people around me to ensure success, and fast.
