Looking at a possibility to lead a Product Line altogether, I would connect with https://www.linkedin.com/in/jasuja/ Here is the message I have drafted: Hi Monica, Your passion for FinTech is contagious! I've thoroughly enjoyed attending your talks and following your thought-provoking articles on social media. Perhaps a consortium approach could be the key. Imagine a collaborative effort between banks and tech firms, united by shared goals, values, and a common vision for the future. This model has the potential to unlock a new wave of innovation, tackle industry-wide challenges, and co-create solutions that benefit everyone. While I don't have a ready-made solution, I'm eager to delve deeper into this concept. I'd be delighted to discuss these ideas with you, share my thoughts, and gain valuable insights from your expertise to shape a better future for FinTech. Regards

Which of them are not visible through my resume? 2. What values do I have as a person that make me a great fit for PM roles? 3. What can I learn about the company/role/hiring manager, that will help me make my application better? How can I find this information? 4. What unique experiences do I have that will make me stand out?

1. What skills and qualities do I have as a professional that are important for a PM role? Which of them are not visible through my resume? Some of the skills I possess are result oriented communication, decisiveness (effective prioritization), solution-oriented approach, being accessible/ open to different viewpoints and influence without authority. Whenever I am in tough situations, ability to flex my mindset also plays a vital role in quickly adapting to the environment and modify my approach. Numerous deployments are all examples. I do not think any of these are visible through my resume. 2. What values do I have as a person that make me a great fit for PM roles? Some of the values are Ownership/ Accountability, Collaborative, ready to receive feedback, comfortable with criticism to accommodate changes if makes sense, excellence in execution and learn every time. 3. What can I learn about the company/role/hiring manager, that will help me make my application better? How can I find this information? Interests, views, ongoing projects, past wins, kind of responses the person engages with, vision of the company along with its culture, values and associations. Will make use of social media, articles or reports from the internet or magazines. 4. What unique experiences do I have that will make me stand out? Having hustled through many challenges, I will be able to motivate the team and the stakeholders through the significance of the work we do and the results that we may potentially achieve. Being extremely comfortable wearing multiple hats regardless of the kind of work involved, I can integrate into the thick of things and provide guidance as and when required. This ability also provides me to zoom in and zoom out through any situation/ environment/ strategy and flex towards understanding trade-offs required, if any.

Hello AlI, Sincere Greetings to everyone here! Do not have a Software/ IT background. Neither have an MBA. Having served people of India and Gol as a Commissioned Officer in the Aviation arm of the Indian Navy, carry reasonably fair experience in situational leadership, decisiveness based on significance, impact and sensitivity. Have been putting efforts to understand programming, IT, Networks and Product Management better. Currently working at a Fintech firm looking into Compliance Operations. Here to hone my skills/ understanding better to transition into a Product Manager or a Product Management Manager role at a reputed firm. Fun fact: Love Sports and Wilderness
